Abstract
The study aimed to show the degree of application of the principles of total quality management and its relationship to raising the level of organizational culture among faculty members in Jordanian public universities. The study sample consisted of (335) faculty members, and used the descriptive analytical approach. It contains seven dimensions, three dimensions related to total quality management, and four dimensions related to organizational culture. The level of organizational culture in Jordanian public universities from the viewpoint of faculty members came to a medium degree of appreciation, and there is a correlation between the application of the principles of total quality management in raising the level of organizational culture among faculty members in Jordanian public universities for the overall scale and its dimensions, with the exception of the dimension of organizational beliefs.
