Abstract
The General Company for Leather Industries' management faces constant competition in its work in the local market, whether from competing companies or products imported from other countries, in addition to changes in customer tastes and the acceleration of the pace of design and environmental variables, which necessitates the adoption of a green ocean strategy to help the company face those challenges. As a result, the research topic crystallizes on how the green ocean strategy is used to accomplish strategic triumph by encouraging continuous invention in the General Company for Leather Industries. The objectives of the research are shown by the goals that it tries to attain. A questionnaire was developed and delivered to 84 workers of the General Company for Leather Industries in Baghdad. To assess the outcomes of the influence connection. The study concluded that the green ocean approach has an impact on strategic triumph and has a beneficial effect on stimulating ongoing innovation. The research suggests that the General Company for Leather Industries use the green ocean strategy as a plan to boost the innovative ideas that help it achieve and retain strategic victory.
