Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the degree to which private school principals in the Irbid Kasab exercise soft   administrative   skills from the teacher's point of view. The researcher adopted the descriptive survey method, In order to achieve the study goal, the researcher developed , a questionnaire based in literary theory and  previous studies, The study sample consisted of (327) teachers who were chosen by the simple random method, , Results showed that the level of exercise of soft administrative skills by private school principals in the Irbid Cane came to a large degree and the results also showed significant statistical differences attributable to the impact of sex and in favour of females, Differences are attributable to the impact of the scientific qualification and the differences are in favour of the bachelor's category and statistically significant differences attributable to the variable years of experience in favour of a category of less than (5) years.
