Abstract
The study looked at the nature of a collection of tale genres in ancient Arabic prose. As a result, the researcher used "The Lovers' Gladiators" as a model for study. The researcher discovered that ancient Arab tales are the result of an oral civilization that combined news and tale in its narration and subjected them to its cultural structures in terms of maintaining the tale's reliability and maintaining the bond, linking the tales to religious preaching and making the individual dissolve into the group, and reaching the community's enjoyment by hearing unofficial tales and his unspoken sympathy with their heinousness. The researcher utilized a descriptive technique to investigate narration patterns and a structural analysis to investigate the narrative of the lover's pious son.
