Abstract
The goal of the study was to see how successful remote learning is in elementary schools. A quasi-experimental technique was adopted in the research. To reach the study's purpose, the researcher attempted to determine whether there were statistically significant changes in the degree of acquisition of genetic ideas for eighth grade pupils in the governorate of Irbid related to the teaching technique (in-person and distant learning). The study sample was made up of four groups that were selected at random. They were divided into two experimental groups of (28) males and (30) females, and two control groups of (30) males and (30) females, all of whom were eighth-grade students at Kafr Al-Maa schools. The study instruments included a computerized study unit created for distance learning and a post and pre exam created by the researcher for the study's aims. According to the findings, there are statistically significant variations in the degree of significance due to the teaching technique in favor of the distance learning group.
