Abstract

The Corona virus has spread at rapid speed over the world, causing havoc on health and academics in all sectors of life, including education. Using academic talent management as a way for successfully regulating and organizing the educational and research activities in Iraq's universities and institutions. As a result, the major purpose of this study was to establish the degree of talent management practice and its impact on the long-term organizational competency of the research community of (38) teaching staff at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies. The research came to a number of results after finishing the statistical components on the field side, including the degree of effective diagnosis of the study's major elements.
