The study aimed to test the impact of management by roaming on the performance of employees in Jordanian industrial organizations, and the study population consisted of all industrial organizations listed in the Amman Stock Exchange for the year 2019, which numbered more than 60 institutions, took the top 30 companies in terms of capital, while the study sample It is formed of (8) companies whose capital exceeds (10) million dinars, and the sampling unit consisted of all directors of departments, deputy directors and heads of departments, and their number is 127, and the study tool was distributed to them, and (124) questionnaires were retrieved, and ( 4) This is because it is not suitable for statistical analysis at a rate of (94.5%). The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which was for management to explore its dimensions (disclosure of facts, improvement of communication and motivation, creativity, and reversal of impression) the impact of staff performance in its dimensions (knowledge of work requirements, commitment of workers, quality of work and quantity of work) in Jordanian industrial organizations. And it was achieved to find a statistical effect of the dimensions (improving communication, creativity) on the performance of employees
