Empowerment of Jordanian Women according to Queen Rania Al Abdullah's Vision

Abstract
The study aimed to analyze the efforts and initiatives of Queen Rania in promoting the political empowerment of Jordanian women. The study also analyzed the relevant laws and systems and their impact on women's participation in political life. It focused on evaluating the effectiveness of political legislation in achieving women's political empowerment. The study adopted an integrated and composite methodology using the systems approach and the institutional approach to analyze the nature of the subject. The results showed that women's political participation is associated with several factors and variables, and there is an improvement in the political status of women in the kingdom. The study highlighted important laws such as the One-Person-One-Vote Law and the Personal Status Law as examples of the evolution of legislation supporting women's participation in political life. The study emphasized the importance of developing a clear and specific vision for the extent to which women seek to achieve in the field of political participation. It recommended the need to reduce the gap in this area and set priorities to achieve the desired goal
