The study employed a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach on a sample of 15 counselors working in private schools in Irbid, who were selected purposefully. The results indicated that educational counselors face numerous challenges, such as insufficient resources, unclear job roles, and social and professional pressures, including the lack of a school culture that promotes job security.. The study also demonstrated a positive impact of the career counseling program in terms of time management improvement, personal effectiveness enhancement, and clarification of job roles, which reduced ambiguity regarding tasks. Moreover, the program helped in creating a balanced work environment that reduced job burnout and taught coping strategies for work-related stress, including techniques like meditation and deep breathing. The study population consisted of 38 students with disabilities. A convenience sample of 24 students with visual and hearing disabilities was selected, comprising 14 students with hearing disabilities and 10 students with visual disabilities. A qualitative methodology was adopted, using semi-structured interviews as a data collection tool, which was deemed suitable for the target sample. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified. The results showed that the level of university contribution in social responsibility among students with disabilities was moderate. The results also showed that the level of university contribution in improving the psychological empowerment of students with disabilities was moderate. Moreover, the results indicated no statistically significant differences in social responsibility and psychological empowerment levels due to the type of disability. The study followed the correlational descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (330) new counselors from private schools in Jordan who were selected by the available sample method, and the job satisfaction scale and the professional competence scale was used after ensuring their validity and reliability.<br>The results showed that the mean of the study sample answers on the dimensions of the professional competence level among educational counselors in Jordan came at a moderate level, as well as the mean of the study sample answers on the job satisfaction level among educational counselors in Jordan at a moderate level. A thorough examination of research comparing the effectiveness, safety, patient compliance, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of modified and traditional subcutaneous formulations, this study provides a complete evaluation of the medical results connected with alternative delivery methods to injections. Results show that different ways of administering treatment can offer similar effectiveness with better patient compliance, mainly because of increased convenience and decreased invasiveness. The study also emphasizes the difficulties in maintaining drug absorption through oral and nasal administration, showing the potential and intricacy of reaching the same therapeutic effect. A descriptive analytical method was employed for this study. The target population included all employees across upper, middle, and lower administrative levels at the hospital. Questionnaires were issued to a sample of 185 individuals. The findings indicated a significant effect of administrative empowerment on institutional learning. Furthermore, the study demonstrated that administrative empowerment impacts institutional learning via the mediating role of distributive justice. The study followed the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (518) Syrian refugees in the Emirate Jordanian camp in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, a psychological hardiness scale consisting of 20 items was used. The results of the study concluded that the level of psychological hardiness was moderate, as it came in first place after the commitment dimension and in last place after the challenge and control dimensions. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological hardiness due to the variables of gender, level of education, and age, and the presence of significant differences in the level of psychological hardiness due to the variable of marital status and the number of years of asylum. Considering the results, the study recommended designing guidance programs to improve the level of psychological resilience among Syrian refugees in refugee camps in Jordan.</p> <p>Keywords: Psychological hardiness. The research discusses his position on Al-Zajjaji's reasoning and his approach to presenting the grammatical evidence he relied upon .His position on Al-Zajjaji's reasoning alternated between agreement and opposition, as he supported it in some cases and opposed it in others. Additionally, he based his reasoning on grammatical evidence derived from the Holy Quran, classical Arabic poetry, and the Prophetic Hadith. He sometimes prioritized Qur'anic evidence and occasionally followed it with poetic evidence. The study used the descriptive survey approach. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared and its validity and reliability were verified. The study sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers from the schools that were selected to participate in the international (PISA) test in the 2022 session, and (30) educational supervisors for science in the capital governorate of Amman, in the first semester of the year 2024/2025. The results showed that the factors that led to the low results of Jordanian students in the international (PISA) test in the 2022 session in the field of science from the point of view of teachers came to a medium degree, while from the educational supervisors’ point of view, it was high.
