نظرات في القواعد النحويّة الكليّة والجزئيّة عند عيسى بن عمر الثّقفي

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان المقصود بالقاعدة النحويّة، والمقصود بالضوابط النحوية،والحديث بشكل موجز عن العالم عيسى بن عمر الثقفي ؛ لانّ هناك بعض الباحثين قد أثرَوا بحوثهم في هذا الجانب، وبعدها جاء الحديث عن التعريف بالقواعد النحويّة الكليّة: كالسماع، والقياس، واستِصحاب الحال، والإجماع ،وتبعاً للعامل، والمعيارية، والتماس الخفّة، وغيرها من القواعد التي سترد في ثنايا هذا البحث، وبعدها وصلنا إلى الموضوع الأساسي الذي يدور حوله هذا البحث: وهو بيان القواعد الكليّة، وما يندرج تحتها من قواعد جزئية عند عيسى بن عمر وذلك من خلال آرائه النحويّة الواردة في كتاب سيبويه، ومعرفة القاعدة الكليّة التي مال إليها أكثر من غيرها، وقد خُتم البحث بأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها.

شعرية الحذف والإطناب (قراءة في شعر أدونيس)

يعالج هذا البحثُ موضوعَ شعريّةِ الحذف والإطناب نظريّاً مع إجراءٍ تطبيقي يتمثّل في متنٍ شعريٍّ حديثٍ للمبدع السوري المعروف أدونيس, هذا الشّاعرُ يمتلك خاصيّةً إبداعيّةً فريدةً، وصاحبُ تجرِبةٍ شعريّةٍ راقيةٍ كان لها تأثيرها في التجربة الشعرية العربية المعاصرة, فكيف برزت شاعريته من خلال استخدام تقنيتي الحذف والإطناب؛ إذ إنَّ اللّغةَ العاديّةَ بقواعدِها الصّارمةِ قد تعجَزُ عن التّعبيرِ عمّا يريدُ الشّاعرُ قولَهُ، فيكونُ مِنَ الضّروريّ خَرْقُ هذهِ القواعدِ الثّابتةِ، وتحطيمُ النُظُمِ التّقليديّةِ، وابتكارُ لغةٍ شعريّةٍ تكتسبُ قيمتَها الجماليّةَ بالانزياحِ باللّغةِ عن المألوفِ، فالشّعريّةُ عنفٌ مُنَظَّمٌ يُقْتَرَفُ ضدّ الكلامِ العاديّ.

أثر مخاطر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الخصائص النوعية الأساسية للمعلومات المحاسبية في البنوك التجارية الأردنية

The study aimed to identify the impact of information technology risks with their combined dimensions (human risks, technical risks, physical risks, operational risks, natural risks) on the fundamentalqualitative characteristics of accounting information with their combined dimensions (relevance, faithful representation) at Jordanian commercial banks. The study sample included all There are (12) Jordanian commercial banks. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire and distributed it to financial managers, directors of audit and internal control committees, and information technology departments. (168) questionnaires were distributed, and (151) questionnaires were retrieved, of which (138) were suitable for analysis with a penny (82.1%). After collecting and analyzing data and testing hypotheses, the study concluded with several results, the most important of which is: There is a statistically significant effect of information technology risks on the fundamentalqualitative characteristics of accounting information (relevance and faithful representation) in Jordanian commercial banks. The study presented a number of recommendations, including: Jordanian commercial banks should take more Preventive, security and supervisory measures to keep pace with the rapid developments of information technology to reduce their risks, and Jordanian commercial banks conduct continuous assessments of the efficiency of the infrastructure, which contributes to enhancing the banks’ ability to provide their services better and more efficiently, and reducing the level of operational risks and controlling them if they occur, and this It is reflected in the bank's performance in general.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity in combating corruption in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Corruption represents a serious challenge facing all countries while achieving development for their societies, and Jordan is making significant efforts in trying to address this problem through innovative strategies. This study attempts to identify these strategies, as the results of this study showed wide-ranging strategies taken by the Jordanian Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission to employ artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity to combat corruption and achieve integrity and justice. Through the Commission’s digital transformation projects, namely: the Intelligence system, Digital and Case Management system, the Compliance system, the Digital Evidence laboratory, and the smartphone application. Digital transformation projects aim to enhance the principles of integrity, transparency, and the rule of law, develop anti-corruption mechanisms and follow the growth of wealth for those charged with the illicit enrichment law. Also, accelerating the investigation process, and the gathering of evidence and information, and contributing to predicting and preventing the occurrence of corruption crimes in the future, enhance accountability and transparency, and enhance good governance.

عمدت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إدارة المواهب في الرشاقة التنظيمية :الدعم التنظيمي المدرك كمتغير معدل في شركة الاتصالات الاردنية زين. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتوزيع استبانة الكترونية على (280) فردا من مجتمع الدراسة، تم استعادة (270) استبانة صالحة للتحليل. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام حزمة التحليل الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها ان هناك أثر لإدارة المواهب في الرشاقة التنظيمية في شركة زين للاتصالات وهناك أيضاً أثر للدعم التنظيمي المدرك في العلاقة بين إدارة المواهب والرشاقة التنظيمية في شركة زين للإتصالات- الأردن. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات كان من أهمها:

ضرورة أن تستخدم إدارة الشركة اساليب حديثة ومبتكرة للبحث عن المواهب.
ضرورة الاهتمام بتقديم الدعم المعنوي للموظفين عند قيامهم بأي عمل مميز.

Arabic Phonology from the Perspective of Western Linguists

The current paper aims at studying the phonology of modern Arabic linguists from the perspective of Western linguists, Particularly those who studied and taught Arabic phonology in Western or Arab Universities. The paper focuses on two western Scholars, namely : Shada, in his lectures entitled: “Phonology of Siba Wayhi and ours” and Cantino, in his book entitled” Lessons in Arabic Phonology. The two scholars showed that ancient Arab scholars preceded western scholars and modern Phonology in Phonological studies and in devising theories in phonology that are considered advanced for their era.

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر حوكمة الأمن السيبراني في الحد من مخاطر المحاسبة السحابية في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الأردنية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة مكونة من (239) موظف وموظفة، وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي من خلال برنامج (SPSS) وباستخدام معادلة الانحدار المتعدد أظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) لحوكمة الأمن السيبراني في الحد من مخاطر المحاسبة السحابية في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الأردنية، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها: الاهتمام بدعم المحاسبة السحابية من خلال وضع ميثاق يعمل بموجبه ويحدد نطاق عملها وواجباتها.

Empowerment of Jordanian Women according to Queen Rania Al Abdullah's Vision

The study aimed to analyze the efforts and initiatives of Queen Rania in promoting the political empowerment of Jordanian women. The study also analyzed the relevant laws and systems and their impact on women's participation in political life. It focused on evaluating the effectiveness of political legislation in achieving women's political empowerment. The study adopted an integrated and composite methodology using the systems approach and the institutional approach to analyze the nature of the subject. The results showed that women's political participation is associated with several factors and variables, and there is an improvement in the political status of women in the kingdom. The study highlighted important laws such as the One-Person-One-Vote Law and the Personal Status Law as examples of the evolution of legislation supporting women's participation in political life. The study emphasized the importance of developing a clear and specific vision for the extent to which women seek to achieve in the field of political participation. It recommended the need to reduce the gap in this area and set priorities to achieve the desired goal

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Reducing the Internal Audit Expectation Gap in Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies

The study aimed to identify the impact of artificial intelligence in its dimensions (expert systems, intelligent agents, algorithmic genetics, deep learning, and machine learning) together and individually in reducing the expectations gap in internal auditing in Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of public shareholding Jordanian industrial companies until the year 2023, which numbered (46) companies, and the study sample consisted of (41) companies. A questionnaire was distributed to employees at the upper administrative levels, the middle administrative levels, and the lower administrative levels. The number of questionnaires retrieved and suitable for analysis was ( (224) questionnaire, and this data was analyzed using (SPSS) programming, and the most important results that were reached were that there is a statistically significant effect of artificial intelligence in reducing the expectations gap in Jordanian industrial companies, and the study recommended the necessity of increasing the investment of Jordanian industrial companies in technological infrastructure.To support artificial intelligence applications and provide the necessary data and resources.

The study aimed to reveal the views of faculty members in Jordanian universities about the role of extracurricular university educational programs in reducing the phenomenon of extremism among young people. The study sample consisted of (700) faculty members in public and private universities. The researcher built a measuring tool to achieve the objectives of the study. The study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of indication of the role of educational programs in reducing the phenomenon of extremism due to the variables of sex in favor of females, and the variable of college in favor of the human college.

This paper dealt with the issue of The doctors responsibility to inform the patient of medical risks and its effect in denying medical responsibility here, at which we dealt with the nature of the doctors responsibility in informing the patient about medical risks in the first part of it, then we shed the lights on the medical responsibility and its role in inducing the doctor to inform the patient and acknowledge him, the statement of problem stated the sufficiently of legal articles here in terms of doctors responsibility to inform the patient of medical risks and its effect in denying medical responsibility here, at the same time there was a discussion of the reason behind this was sufficient to be regarded as a prosecution or a legitimate cause that the doctor can rely on in freeing himself from any medical responsibility in the case of any health complications for the patient after that, the findings showed that doctors responsibility for informing the patient about risks of the medical measures taken is regarded as one of the major responsibilities of the doctor according to medicine ethics and legislations, and his commitment to it doesn’t make exempt him from any medical responsibility based on the occurrence of any medical negligence or underperformance.

The Jordanian Customs Department, by virtue of its work in the border and interior posts, applies several laws and regulations in addition to its application of the Customs Law.
